I was taking two a day. . which curbed the appetite with the sugar cravings but after a while, your body gets used to it and it stops working as much. . and the cravings come back again, im actually only on one a day now because I reached the goal I wanted. 1 does not curve my appetite with sugars that much. 2 or 3 I would think is the way to go if you have to lose more weight. No bed side effects taste like caramel candy so I was pleased with it overall, definitely give it a try. I'll probably keep ordering just to maintain. The bag goes very quickly if you take more than one"
